Founded in 2023 by Weldon Johnson of Laurinburg, North Carolina, Jet Express Transit was born out of a deep commitment to community care. As a bi-vocational minister and a professional Class A CDL carrier with over 11 years of experience, Weldon recognized a growing need for dependable transportation services particularly among individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse recovery, or physical disabilities.
Many in our community struggle to maintain a vehicle or afford insurance, leaving them isolated from essential services like medical appointments, grocery stores, and pharmacies. That’s where Jet Express Transit steps in.
